3 Eye Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight Naturally!!!

1. Relaxation exercise for eye health

This easy exercise is great for relaxing your eyes. After working long hours in front of your computer, this will help you to rest your eyes.
Doing so will help eliminate eye stress. It also allows you to see sharper and reduces your sensitivity to light.

How To?
Move away from your computer screen, preferably to a quiet area.
Make sure your hands are clean.
Then, rub your fingers until you feel them warm.
Then, close your eyes and close them with your warm palm. Do not apply pressure.
