You can also combine them with healthy herbal teas such as green tea. You should avoid foods that contain high sodium. In other words, you should reduce your salt intake and stay away from refined foods such as bread, noodles, rice.

The hourglass body type
While this is the most desirable body type, women with an hourglass body type have a tendency to gain an equal amount of weight all over their body. And muscle tones are scarce.  

 You are at a higher risk of having a high blood sugar level, so you should choose foods with a low glycemic index and eat 5-6 meals a day. You should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as eat healthy fats. Avoid refined foods (white bread, noodles and rice) and remember that you can consume many healthy foods instead of them.
