4. Day

- Lunch: one piece of toast, 125 gr. cottage cheese and a tomato;

- Dinner: one piece of toast, 125 gr. cooked meat, a cup of coffee or tea (No Sugar) and an orange.

5. Day

- Lunch: one piece of toast, 200 gr. cooked meat or fish and a tomato;

- Dinner: 225 gr. baked potatoes, peas and carrots.

Make sure you cook the vegetables without using salt. Alcohol consumption during this diet is strictly prohibited. Follow the diet for the first five days, then take a two-day break and continue with the same diet on the eighth day.
