Soak Your Feet in This Powerful Baking Soda Mixture 2x Each Week To Heal Dry And Cracked Feet

1. Lemon, salt, glycerin and Rose Water foot mask
The acidic properties of lemon juice help to heal rough and dry skin, thus preventing Cracking of the feet. The combination of rosewater and glycerin in addition to the acidic properties of lemon appears to be an effective treatment for Broken Heels. Glycerin softens the skin (so it is used in most cosmetic products), while genuine rose water has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help heal cracks.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon salt,
Half cup fresh lemon juice,
2 tablespoons glycerin,
2 tsp rose water,
Warm water,
A pumice stone or foot brush.
How is it done?
Half a litre of hot water into the crude salt 8 to 10 drops of lemon juice to a tablespoon of glycerin a teaspoon of rose water and add. Soak your feet for about 15-20 minutes in this water.
Then use a pumice stone or a foot brush to brush the heels and the sides of the feet.
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of rose water and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to your cracked heels. Because it is a sticky mixture, it can wear a pair of socks because it will remain in the form of a mask throughout the night.
In the morning, wash with warm water.
How Long Do You Have To Do This?
Repeat for several days until your heels are soft.

Attention

Lemon juice can irritate your skin and cause drying. Be sure to perform a patch test to check for allergic reactions.
