She Lost 52 Pounds in 6 Weeks, and Used Only One Trick Before Going to Bed


DAILY MENUS OF THIS DIET

1. Morning : coffee or tea with sugar substitute and a half of a grapefruit and a slice of protein bread.
Lunch : 1 boiled egg, 1 slice toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee
Evening : 1 servings of salad, boiled or steamed vegetables (mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, fresh beans, tomatoes, peppers and onions))

2. Morning : 1 cup tea, two Matchbox white cheese, 2 tomatoes.
Lunch : 1 small bowl of watermelon.
Evening : a large amount of salad and a slice of wholemeal bread.
Night : 1 cup of tzatziki.

3. Day: morning: 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of tea at noon
Lunch: 1 servings of salad, mushroom sauteed, 1 slice of light bread.
Evening: 1 small plate of watermelon, 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
Night: 1 cup of tzatziki.
