PREGNANCY STRETCHES TO SERIOUSLY EASE BACK & HIP PAIN


To spend more time in pregnancy;
-Try not to gain too much weight.
-Get enough vitamin D and calcium.
- Walk often.
-Maintain the proper posture of your body to reduce tension and strain in your muscles.
-Frequently change position while sitting.
-Use a waist pillow when sitting in a chair.
-If your back hurts more at night, avoid lying on your back. Lie next to you and support your abdomen with a pillow.
- Avoid hip and waist movements.
-Stay still for long periods of time.
-Try to relax your muscles by putting steps under one foot during long sitting and standing.
-Exercise respiration and relaxation.
-Avoid wearing high heels.
-Take frequent rest during the day.
- Several times a day, 1-2 hours at intervals not exceeding 20 minutes, cold or hot applications.
- Have a massage.
-Use painkillers under the control of your doctor when you have a lot of pain.
