7 simple exercises to reduce a double chin

















Facial Exercise 1

This simple exercise will work muscles around the mouth, zygomatic arc (cheekbones), and modiolus muscle (muscle on both sides of the mouth).

Close your mouth by pressing your lips and spray air on your upper lip. Count to 10. Transfer the air to the right side and count to 10 again. Then make the same move to the left cheek. Repeat the air transfer between cheeks 10-15 times. This exercise is quite easy and prevents sagging of your cheek.

Facial Exercise 2

Another simple exercise reduces sagging of cheek muscles and makes facial muscles tense. Breathe deep into your mouth. Constantly circulate the air as if it is gargling in your mouth.

This exercise is called 'smiling fish face'. Make your face a fish face. Pull your cheeks and lips in well and smile. Wait 5-10 seconds and repeat this action 5 times.

Pull your cheeks in with all your strength. your lips are in this position. Stay in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times a day. This exercise will reduce the fat in the cheeks, so your cheekbones will gradually become visible.

Try pulling as much air into your mouth as possible. When breathing deeply, the cheeks will automatically enter. Then slowly and gently release the air in your mouth. It allows you to have a hole in your cheeks and tighten your jaw.
